So basically, this is an outfit post from what I wore on Sunday. If you read this you will already know I had a very lazy day. The only time I left the house was to go and feed my Aunties cat and we live on the same street so I didn’t even have to go very far.

Why do I still not feel Christmassy? I know I keep going on and on about it but it’s so close (Ebay keeps freaking me out with its little countdown in the corner of the homepage) and I really am finding it hard to get into the Xmas spirit at the moment. Maybe because I have lots of shopping to do and I feel really unorganised. I normally have everything pretty much sorted by now so I think I am just panicking a little, thinking I’m not going to get everything done. I don’t know, me and the boy are supposed to be going into Manchester with my family next weekend to look around the German market. My Mum and Aunty go every year but I’ve not been for a few years now so that should be a nice little trip. Hopefully I can try and get some of my Xmas shopping done then.

If you follow me on Twitter you will know that I have finally found my outfit for my work Xmas Do! I completely raided my wardrobe, there were clothes everywhere! I decided I didn’t want to spend any money on a new ‘going out’ outfit that I was only going to wear a couple of times. Tbh I would rather spend my money on Xmas presents and some other things I have saved at work that I am likely to get more wear out of. I may post some sneak preview pictures on here if I have time and decent light before Saturday night, if not, I will be filming a video and posting it on here and my YouTube for all to see.

Sorry I have been a total fail at outfit posts for well over a week now, the camera just hasn’t liked me much this week. This is just what I wore to work today. I bought this top last week when it first came in to store and I have worn it loads. I have tried to photograph it before now for an outfit post but it just wasn’t looking right in the pictures until today. I have had these shorts for years, they are probably one of the most worn items in my wardrobe. I have an obsession with shorts, I wear them all year round, they are great for layering and I have a particular love for these ones just because they are so easy to wear with anything. Again the boots are from work, I bought them last year but decided to wear them the last couple of days because, as you all already know, it is SO cold! Way to cold for just ballet pumps anyway. I bought my skull scarf about six years ago from Topshop in Manchester, I was just a little ‘scene’ kid wandering around Topshop when I just remember seeing a random leather, skinny jean, biker booted guy wearing it like a bandanna round his neck and I just HAD to have it! Again it is one of my most worn items just because it is so versatile, I wear it with most things just to jazz up outfits that don’t look quite ‘done’. I just love it, I really don’t think my wardrobe would be the same without it!

I hope we get some snow here soon, I’m feeling a little left out. The rest of Northern England seems to have had loads, but we have hand none. it’s just been really cold. I just think I could deal with the cold better if I had some lovely Xmassy snow to look at. Has it snowed where you are? Oh and has anyone else got BLINK 182 tickets?! I can’t wait to see them again!

My week in pictures #2…

I actually remembered to take my camera out with me this week so it’s back to the usual Monday' ‘my week in photos’ post. I had a pretty good week really, I was on holiday from work for four days so I managed to go into Chester with the boy quite a lot so that was good. 1.The striped Primark jumper that I have basically lived in since I bought it. I must go and get another. I seriously wear it that much!

2.Me and the Boy in Chester. I took this after the OOTD pictures in this post. It was such a lovely Autumn day.

3.I have been using this loads this week. Carmex is one of my favourite lip balms. I have had many many pots of this stuff. I think I am going to buy the tube version of it when I run out of this pot.

4.The infamous ASOS ring that I keep blabbing to you about. It’s a hinged armour ring. I saw it and fell in love instantly. You will be seeing more pictures of this ring in other posts as I wear it a lot. The other ring is from Miss Selfridge, I love this one also. Nail varnish is Boots 17 in ‘Catwalk Couture’, one of my most loved nail polishes of the moment.


5.Me in Starbucks yet again.

6.A pretzel from Selfridges & Co food hall, I can’t remember the name of the exact place we picked them up from, but they were tasty! (The boy ate his before I could take a picture, but mine was much nicer looking anyway lol!)

7.My Mum made this for my Aunties Birthday. It’s a beetroot and chocolate cake. It sounds really strange but it was actually really good!

8.As you probably already know, we watched Star Trek last night so I thought it would be appropriate to finish with a Treky picture! Live long and prosper!

I’ve been wearing this for the past couple of days now so I thought I’d show you in an outfit post. Don’t ask me why I have one leg up and one leg down because I really don’t know. I don’t walk around like this, promise! I wore it to Chester on Tuesday and to my surprise, the fur on my head didn’t get that many funny looks of anyone. Apart from a few girls who thought it was OK to have a right good laugh about it in the Uni library. The cheek! I will wear an oversized ‘beans 10’ hoody with leggings and UGG boots next time! NAAAAT! I will wear whatever the hell I want to! Sorry if the fur is too ‘out there’ for you girls! Anyways, rant over.

I happen to really like my faux fur head band/ ear warmer, so  much so that I went and got another one! Because? Well you never know when you might need two faux fur head warmers. I am prepared! Lol!

I spent the morning filming and editing a video and figuring out a few blogging bits that I am planning on doing in the next few weeks, I will let you know when I am fully sorted. Its nothing majorly exciting, just a few things I’m going to try out.

So we went to see Jackass 3D today and OMG! I haven’t laughed so hard at a film in ages! It made me feel like I was 14 again, bush jumping with friends in MacDonald's car park. Oooh the good old days eigh? It’s the first film I have ever watched in 3D and all I can say is WOW! I wasn’t expecting much from the 3D to be honest but it was amazing it actually felt like they were stood right in front of me! HA! I need to go and see it again!

I’ve been thinking about posting these pictures for a while now but I just haven't got round to doing it. I’ve not done much make-up work since the summer because I have been really busy with work and other things, which is really bad because its something I really love doing. I really need to start up doing some more shoots again in the new year. Just drop me an email if you are interested in working with me (probs sometime next year).

Cosmic Glitter…

I am officially in love with blue nail varnish at the moment, especially Barry M’s ‘Blue Glitter’ and 'Cyan Blue'! I have just painted my nails and they make me feel like a ‘space mermaid’, especially ‘Blue Glitter’.
I’m sorry for the shoddy webcam quality of the pictures but my camera is awol at the moment and I just had to share the blue with you.

 All I can say is I LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I know it’s a little late but I told you guys that I would post some pictures of the pumpkins me and the boy made for Halloween.
